Landscape Irrigation Auditor Training

$290.00Designed for landscapers who want to improve their ability to assess irrigation system efficiency. This 2-day class teaches the water auditing techniques and water management skills needed to add value to your customers facing drought and increased water rates. Hands-on demonstrations and materials will teach you how to evaluate sites, calculate distribution uniformity and precipitation rates, assess plant watering needs, and schedule irrigation.
The class will be held February 22 & 23, 2017 8am – 5pm Cost is $340 for Non-Members / $290 for IA Members and includes the class manual.
16 CEUs– recommended for review for IA Certified Landscape Irrigation and IA Irrigation Contractor exams.
This course is taught by Craig Borland, CIC, CID, CIT, CLIA, CLWM, has worked for The Toro Company for 20 years and has been an Irrigation Association instructor for 12 years. He has managed Toro’s repair center programs and is currently working in the irrigation division’s customer resource center. Craig holds a BS degree in Fruit Science with a minor in Ornamental Horticulture from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo.
